针对传统梯度调节预测器(GAP)模板进行边缘检测时产生预测错误繁衍的不足,提出改进的多方向GAP预测器模板。首先色融合生成灰度图像;以图像中心划分四个区域,采用并行技术应用多方向GAP模板计算预测值;利用错误反馈信息构建预测误差图像;再通过梯度直方图计算阈值,分类误差图像边缘;最后Hilditch算法细化边缘。实验证明,该模板方法不仅大大降低了时间复杂度,而且检测的伪边缘较少,细节丰富,得到了视觉质量较好的边缘图像。
Abstract
Using the template of traditional gradient adjusted predictor (GAP) to detect edges will generate the propagation of prediction errors. In light of this deficiency, we propose an improved multidirectional GAP template. First the grayscale image is generated by colour fusion. Then the image centre is divided into four areas, and the parallel technology is used together with the application of multidirectional GAP template to calculate the prediction value. By utilising error feedback information, we construct the image of predication errors; and then we calculate the threshold value through gradient histogram, and classify the edges of error image. Finally, we refine the edges with Hilditch algorithm. Experiment proves that this template method greatly reduces the time complexity, and the pseudo-edges are also less detected as well, the details are rich, thus the edge image with better visual quality is derived.
