随着竞争机制和信息技术的引入,油气探矿权出让工作不仅秉承“有序有偿、供求平衡、结构优化、集约高效”的思想,还需要满足数据安全、信息共享的需求。针对这种情况,在深入研究ArcObjects功能和特点的基础上,提出一种基于ArcGIS Engine平台和SQL Server数据库的油气探矿权竞争性出让管理系统的设计方案。结合使用XML数据库存储访问技术、WPF图形渲染技术,实现系统的开发。经过安装部署和实际工作应用,系统表现良好,有效降低工作量。在系统中引入GIS空间区块信息浏览、查询与管理功能,更好地实现项目监督、出让工作服务以及档案管理、信息共享的目标。
Abstract
With the introduction of competition mechanism and information technology, the transfer work of oilgas prospecting rights is more than adhering to the "orderly and paid, balance between supply and demand, structure optimisation, intensive and efficient", it shall also meet the requirements of data security and information sharing. In view of this, in this paper we propose a design scheme of international competitive bidding management system for oilgas prospecting rights, which is based on ArcGIS Engine platform and SQL Server database, after thoroughly studying the functions and characteristics of ArcObjects. By combining the applications of XML database access technique and WPF graphic exaggerating technique, we realise the system development. After installation and practical application in work, the system performs well and reduces the workload effectively. By introducing the functions of scanning, inquiring and managing of GIS space blocks information to the system, it is able to better achieve the goals of project supervision, transfer work services, file management and information sharing.
