文章摘要
由于目前机务段检修车间牵引电机故障检测存在不足,提出基于小波包分析与BP神经网络相结合的故障诊断方法。以HXD3型电力机车YJ85A型牵引电机为例,利用Android为嵌入式开发平台,设计完成一款具有一定便携性、可行性和工程实用价值机车牵引电机声音检测与故障诊断系统。为机务段检测人员判断牵引电机故障与否提供相关参考,在一定程度上起到辅助诊断的作用。
Abstract
Considering the defect of traction motor failure detection in depot repair shop, in this article we present a fault diagnosis method, which is based on the combination of wavelet packet analysis and BP neural network. Taking type YJ85A traction motor of type HXD3 electric locomotive as the example, we used Android as the embedded development platform, completed the design of a locomotive traction motor sound detection and fault diagnosis system with certain portability, feasibility and practical value. It is a valuable source of reference in determining the traction motor failure for the inspectors, and plays a role of auxiliary diagnosis to some extent.
