针对厨房环境热舒适性的评估与优化问题,采用仿真与测试相结合的方法,定量分析抽油烟机新风系统对厨房环境热舒适性的影响。以预计平均热感觉指数PMV和预计不满意率PPD对厨房热舒适性进行定量分析,并对新风系统送风口的风速进行优化研究。结果表明,抽油烟机新风系统对厨房环境的热舒适性有较为显著的影响,当新风系统送风口的风速在3 m/s左右时,厨房环境的热舒适性为最优状态。
Abstract
To assess and optimize the thermal comfort of a kitchen environment, the influence of fresh air system of a range hood on the thermal comfort of kitchen environment was analyzed quantitatively by means of simulation and test. The thermal comfort of kitchen environment was assessed quantitatively by evaluating the indicators PMV(Predicted Mean Vote) and PPD(Predicted Percentage Dissatisfied). The optimal wind speed of the air supply port of the fresh air system was studied. The results show that fresh air system of range hood has fairly significant impact on the thermal comfort of kitchen environment, and the thermal comfort of the kitchen environment is optimized when the wind speed of the air supply port of the fresh air system is about 3 m/s.
