磁耦合谐振式的无线电能传输方式在面对需要穿透金属障碍物的传输环境时,由于产生涡流效应,导致传输能量的损失以及产生大量热量造成系统的破坏。超声耦合无线传能是利用超声波实现无线电能传输的一种方式,有望在水下金属环境中应用。为研究不同金属传输介质在这种方式下的传输性能,设计一个在金属介质下的超声耦合无线电能传输实验系统,包括信号产生模块、功率放大模块以及发射端和接收端阻抗匹配模块等部分。超声波的发射和接收均采用压电换能器。在完成硬件设计基础上,采用铁、铝、铜金属作为传输介质进行实验。实验表明,同等条件下传能系统穿透金属铝的传输效率最高。
Abstract
Magnetic coupled resonant wireless energy transmission mode leads to the loss of transmission energy and the destruction of the system by the generation of large amounts of heat because of the eddy current effect in the face of transmission environments that require the penetration of metallic obstacles. Ultrasonic coupled wireless energy transmission is a method to achieve wireless energy transmission by ultrasound, which is expected to be applied in underwater metal environments. In order to study the transmission performance of different metal transmission media in this mode, an experimental system was designed for ultrasonic coupled wireless energy transmission in metal medium, including signal generation module, power amplification module, and impedance matching module of transmitter and receiver. Transmitter and receiver of ultrasound used piezoelectric transducers. On the basis of the completion of hardware design, experiments were carried out by using iron, aluminum and copper metal as transmission media. The results show that the metal aluminum has the highest transmission efficiency in the energy transmission system under the same conditions.
