在手术排程问题涉及到的众多影响因素中,综合考虑术中和术后两个阶段。从手术优先级、依赖于手术序列的术间准备时间,以及医生资源的有限性和术后麻醉恢复床位的有限性4方面对手术室成本进行优化。寻求最优的手术与手术室以及麻醉恢复床位的分配方法和手术顺序以降低手术室的超时占用时间。在合理假设的基础上,建立择期手术排程问题的约束规划模型,并在ILOG CPLEX中通过算例对模型的有效性进行了验证。应用结果表明,利用约束规划模型解决择期手术排程问题是合理可行的。
Abstract
Among a lot of influencing factors involved in the operation scheduling problem, we considered two phases of during the operation and after the operation. We optimized the costs of operation rooms from four aspects which were priorities, setup time that depended on the sequence, limited doctors and limited anesthesia beds. We searched for the optimal allocation method and operation sequence of operation room and anesthesia bed so as to decrease the overtime of operation room. Based on the reasonable hypothesis, constraint programming model for elective operations scheduling problem was constructed. The validity of the model was proved by numerical examples in ILOG CPLEX. The result shows that it is reasonable and feasible to use the constraint programming model to solve the elective operations scheduling.
