近年来在机场附近空域已发生多起由无人机(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, UAV)飞行而引发的不安全事件。分析终端区结构和ICAO标准下的运输机飞行程序,针对空域运行条件、执飞机型参数和运输机尾流强度等因素,使用融合算法,建立飞行安全等级评价模型,获取无人机之间或无人机与运输机之间飞行冲突概率的量化评估结论。计算结果表明:通过评价模型可获得当前空域条件下飞行器之间的最小安全间隔。将计算结果与运输机导航规范进行分析并绘制保护区,可获取空域密度和无人机可执飞区域,从而实现无人机与运输机安全有效的协同运行。这为无人机执飞任务效率最大化和空中交通精细化管理提供了数据参考。
Abstract
In recent years, there have been many unsafe incidents caused by the flight of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) in the airspace near the airport. Based on the analysis of terminal area structure and flight procedure of transport aircraft under ICAO standard, aiming at the factors such as airspace operating conditions, aircraft type parameters and wake strength of transport aircraft, a flight safety grade evaluation model was established by using fusion algorithm to obtain the quantitative evaluation conclusions of flight conflict probability between UAVs or UAVs and transport aircraft. The calculation results show that the minimum safety interval between the aircraft can be obtained by the evaluation model under the current airspace conditions. By analyzing the calculation results and the navigation specifications of the transport aircraft and drawing the protection area, the airspace density and the flying area of the UAV can be obtained, thus the safe and effective cooperative operation of the UAV and the transport aircraft can be realized. It provides data reference for the maximization of UAV mission efficiency and fine management of air traffic.
