基于多源信息融合的变压器在线监测系统设计与软件开发

DESIGN AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSFORMER ONLINE MONITORING SYSTEM BASED ON MULTI-SOURCE INFORMATION FUSION

  • 摘要: 针对电力变压器实际结构比较复杂,单一数据源仅能反映变压器局部特征、监测数据不直观等问题,设计一种基于振动、电流、局部放电等多指标的变压器在线监测系统;针对不同监测数据,在Qt编程环境下进行软件开发,实现数据的可视化,更能简单直观反映变压器运行参数信息;根据系统采集数据构建变压器状态评估模型,实时监测变压器运行状态。实验结果表明,该系统能够对变压器运行状态进行实时监测和数据可视化展示,为变压器故障诊断提供了数据支撑,具有实际意义。

     

    Abstract: In view of the complex actual structure of power transformers, a single data source can only reflect the local characteristics of the transformer and the monitoring data is not intuitive. An online transformer monitoring system based on multiple indicators, such as vibration, current, partial discharge, etc., was designed. Software development was carried out in the Qt programming environment for different monitoring data to realize the visualization of the data and reflect the operating parameter information of the transformer more simply and intuitively. The transformer status evaluation model was built based on the system collected data to monitor the transformer operating status in real time. The experimental results show that the system can perform real-time monitoring of the transformer's operating status and visualize the data, which provides data support for transformer fault diagnosis and is of practical significance.
