基于DevOps的研发运维一体化平台设计与实现

DESIGN AND REALIZATION OF R&D, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE INTEGRATION PLATFORM BASED ON DEVOPS

  • 摘要: 传统软件交付模式下,各个环节由不同团队负责,存在协作难度大、交付周期长、效率低下、质量无法保障等问题。针对以上情况,设计基于DevOps理念的研发运维一体化平台,对标国家信息通信研究院持续交付成熟度模型三级标准,以项目为维度打通需求、研发、测试、运维等环节,实现软件交付全流程一体化、自动化,保障软件交付的高质量、高可用、高效率。实验结果表明,使用该平台比传统交付方式需求响应周期提升了53.2%、线上缺陷率降低了86.2%。

     

    Abstract: Under the traditional software delivery mode, different teams are responsible for each step, which has problems such as difficult cooperation, long delivery cycle, low efficiency and unguaranteed quality. In view of the above, an integrated R&D, operation and maintenance platform based on DevOps concept is designed. Benchmarking the three-level standard of the continuous delivery maturity model of the China Academy of Information and Communication Technology, taking the project as the dimension, it opened up the links of demand, R&D, testing, operation and maintenance, realized the integration and automation of the whole process of software delivery, and ensured the high quality, high availability and high efficiency of software delivery. The experimental results show that the requirement response cycle is increased by 53.2% and the online bug is reduced by 86.2% using this platform compared with the traditional delivery method.
