基于北斗系统的中低压电网接地故障定位技术研究与实现

RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF GROUNDING FAULT LOCATION TECHNOLOGYIN MEDIUM AND LOW VOLTAGE POWER GRID BASED ON BEIDOU SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 目前中低压线路发生单相接地故障后,无法提供快速精准、有效的排查技术手段,导致故障点误判,影响了线路检修和供电恢复,造成检修成本增加。提出基于北斗(GNSS)系统技术和相位法定位原理,在中低压架空、电缆、混合线路出现单相接地故障时,对离线状态下的线路故障相注入交流信号,利用交流信号探测仪沿线路走向探测。当手持探测仪探测到故障点发出告警、波形相位反转时,即可判断为线路的接地故障点,实现线路接地故障快速定位查找,有效助力设备精细运维、应急处置等能力持续提升,赋能数字化班组建设,提高班组工作质效,推动基层管理模式创新。

     

    Abstract: In view of the current single-phase grounding fault of medium and low voltage lines, it is unable to provide fast, accurate and effective troubleshooting technical means, resulting in misjudgment of fault points, affecting line maintenance and power supply recovery, resulting in increased maintenance costs. Based on the technology of BeiDou (GNSS) system and the positioning principle of phase method, when a single grounding fault occurred in medium and low voltage overhead, cable and hybrid lines, the AC signal was injected into the line fault phase under off-line state, and the AC signal detector was used to detect along the line trend. When the hand-held detector detected the fault point and sends out an alarm and the waveform phase reversal, it could be judged as the line grounding fault point, which could realize the rapid positioning and search of line grounding fault, effectively help the continuous improvement of equipment fine operation and maintenance, emergency disposal and other capabilities, enable the establishment of digital teams, improve the work quality and efficiency of teams, and promote the innovation of grass-roots management mode.
