基于NSGA-NN多目标优化框架的快速响应星座设计方法

A FAST RESPONSE CONSTELLATION DESIGN METHOD BASED ON NSGA-NN MULTI-OBJECTIVE OPTIMIZATION FRAMEWORK

  • 摘要: 针对区域突发事件下的快速响应星座设计问题,在充分考虑星座响应性和覆盖性的基础上,建立包括六个目标函数的星座部署优化模型。在求解的过程中,建立面向多种场景的NSGA-NN多目标优化框架,克服了传统求解方法的缺陷。实验从不同的角度对NSGA-NN多目标优化框架进行分析,结果表明该框架对于求解快速响应星座优化部署模型是极为有效的,为面向区域目标的快速响应星座设计提供了新的策略和支持。

     

    Abstract: To address the problem of rapid response constellation design under regional emergencies, a constellation deployment optimization model including six objective functions is established based on the full consideration of constellation responsiveness and coverage. In the process of solving, the NSGA-NN multi-objective optimization framework for multiple scenarios was established to overcome the defects of the traditional solution methods. Experiments were conducted to analyze the NSGA-NN multi-objective optimization framework from different perspectives. The results show that the framework is extremely effective for solving the rapid response constellation optimization deployment model, which provides a new strategy and support for the design of rapid response constellations oriented to regional objectives.
