基于北斗时空基准服务的工业互联网赋能平台研究

INDUSTRIAL INTERNET ENABLING PLATFORM BASED ON BEIDOU SPATIO-TEMPORAL REFERENCE SERVICE

  • 摘要: 以“北斗赋能智能制造更精准”为赋能应用为出发点,通过北斗卫星导航、授时、短报文通信等天基资源及物联网、云计算等技术的应用,创新性构建基于北斗时空基准服务的工业互联网赋能平台,解决工业互联网各系统因缺少高精度时空信息而产生的协同不精密、分级时频不同步等隐匿性问题,以远洋船运和化工园区场景开展赋能平台应用验证。验证结果表明,北斗时空基准服务赋能工业互联网生产应用效果显著,实现船舶的精准能效管理并使化工园区内实现人、物、区域功能系统之间无缝连接与协同联动。

     

    Abstract: We take "Beidou enabling intelligent manufacturing more accurate" as enabling application as the starting point. Through the application of space-based resources such as Beidou satellite navigation, timing, short message communication, and technologies such as Internet of Things and cloud computing, an industrial Internet enabling platform based on Beidou spatio-temporal reference service is innovatively constructed. We solved the collaborative imprecision, non-synchronization of classification time-frequency and other hidden problems due to the lack of high-precision spatio-temporal information in the industrial Internet system. The application verification of the empowerment platform was carried out with the scenes of ocean shipping and chemical industry park. The verification results show that the Beidou time-space reference service has a significant effect on industrial Internet production and application, which achieves accurate energy efficiency management of ships and makes seamless connection and synergistic linkage between human, material and regional functional systems in the chemical industrial park.
