基于Adams仿真的飞机前起落架侧向力分析

ANALYSIS OF LATERAL FORCES ON AIRCRAFT NOSE LANDING GEAR BASED ON ADAMS SIMULATION

  • 摘要: 无拖把飞机牵引车通过直接抱夹飞机前轮并托起前起落架。在牵引车和飞机整体转弯时,夹持举升装置对前起落架机轮的作用力和前起落架侧向力的研究有限。针对上述问题,采用Adams对夹持举升装置与前起落架的建模进行动力学仿真,并对仿真结果进行分析。仿真结果表明:在转弯过程中,内外侧机轮载荷发生变化从而导致其受力发生变化,且载荷转移受转弯半径和转弯速度影响较小;同时,为了抵消离心力,夹持装置对机轮的作用力传导到前起落架铰链上,会产生一个较大的侧向力,需要增加侧向力的监测,确保其值在一定范围内,才能保证牵引系统的安全性。

     

    Abstract: Towbarless aircraft tractors lift the front landing gear by directly clamping the aircraft front wheels and holding them up. The study of the forces of the clamping lift on the front landing gear wheels and the lateral forces on the front landing gear during the overall turn of the tractor and the aircraft is limited. To address these issues, Adams was used to model the dynamics of the clamping lift and the front landing gear and to analyze the simulation results. The simulation results show that during the turning process, the load on the inner and outer wheels changes, resulting in a change in the force, and the load transfer is less influenced by the turning radius and turning speed; at the same time, in order to counteract the centrifugal force, the force of the clamping device on the wheels is transferred to the front landing gear hinge, resulting in a large lateral force. The lateral forces need to be monitored to ensure that they are within a certain range in order to ensure the safety of the system.
