Abstract
Aimed at the problem that the 5G random access baseband signal generation algorithm is computationally intensive and difficult to implement, a packet-interleaved random access baseband signal generation algorithm is proposed. The large-point inverse discrete Fourier transform (IDFT) during baseband signal generation was divided into multiple sets of small point inverse fast Fourier transforms (IFFT) multiplied by the corresponding correction coefficients, and IFFT operation and interleaving were performed on each group data. Simulation results show that the mean square error between the proposed algorithm and the signal generated directly using IDFT is only 1.66×10 -33 , and this method has lower complexity compared with traditional algorithms. The feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme is verified on the field programmable gate array (FPGA) platform.
