Abstract
In order to enhance the portability of the digital microfluidic biochip (DMFB) and accelerate its development and application, a movable DMFB model is proposed. The model transmitted biochemical protocol between the microcontroller and the cloud server through the wireless module and obtained the response result in realtime. Considering the security hidden trouble of access to chip and cloud server, the digital signature algorithm constructed by symmetric encryption algorithm SM4 and SM2 guaranteed the security of data transmission and access to a cloud server. The details of data processing in transmission and the process of user authentication with operation procedure were also presented. The experimental results show that the model is feasible in time and space.
