IMPROVED DPOS CONSENSUS MECHANISM BASED ON SHAPLEY VALUE

  • In view of the problems existing in Delegated-Proof-of-Stake (DPOS) mechanism, such as the fact that the bookkeeping right is concentrated in the weight nodes, the node voting is not active and the malicious nodes are difficult to handle, this paper proposes an improved DPOS mechanism based on Shapley value. The improved mechanism optimized the election of bookkeeping nodes, redistributed the block income to encourage the nodes to participate actively, and introduced a punishment mechanism to eliminate malicious nodes quickly. Experimental results show that the improved DPOS mechanism can improve the voting rate of nodes, ensure the decentralization of the system, reduce the probability of malicious nodes blocking, and improve the overall stability and security.
