M3DViewer: 面向医学解剖结构的立体可视化系统

M3DVIEWER: STEREOSCOPIC VISUALIZATION SYSTEM FOR MEDICAL ANATOMY

  • 摘要: 针对现有的主流医学图像三维可视化系统难以支持跨平台、远程使用的问题,以 HTML5 和 WebGL 标准中的 Three.js 框架为基础搭建一个面向医学解剖结构的立体可视化系统。该系统能够对医学解剖结构立体进行可视化呈现,同时可实现对重构模型的旋转、缩放;颜色透明度及光源等的调整;长度、表面积、体积及坐标的计算。结果表明应用该系统用于医学影像的立体可视化,能从多角度更清晰地了解各结构之间的空间位置关系,使患者清晰地了解病情,为医患提供沟通的平台,具有良好的应用价值和推广前景。

     

    Abstract: The existing mainstream medical image 3D visualization systems are difficult to support cross-platform and remote use. Aimed at this problem, based on HTML5 and Three.js framework in the WebGL standard, a stereoscopic visualization system for medical anatomy is compiled. The system realized the presentation of stereoscopic visualization of medical anatomy and supplied the functions of viewing medical model: rotation, zooming, the adjustment of color transparency and light source, the calculation of length, surface area, volume and coordinate. The results show that the web system can be used for stereoscopic visualization of lung anatomical structure. The spatial position relationship between various structures can be clearly observed from multiple angles. This system provides patients with a clear understanding of their condition and communication between doctors and patients, and can be applied in various applications and has promotion prospect.
