钻机三电平技术的自适应二阶系统 ADRC 算法

THE ADRC ALGORITHM OF ADAPTIVE SECOND-ORDER SYSTEM FOR DRILLING RIG MEDIUM VOLTAGE THREE-LEVEL TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 针对中压三电平变频调速异步电机需人为调整参数且超调量过大的问题,提出一种自适应二阶系统自抗扰控制算法 (ASO-ADRC)。通过对非线性跟踪微分器、扩张状态观测器、误差补偿控制器的数学模型建立,转化为对带宽和补偿系数的参数整定,利用麻雀搜索算法寻优计算最优参数值,作为补偿变量控制输入,构建二阶系统结构,优化三电平变频时间相关指标和最大超调量指标。实验结果表明,该方法能够自适应调节由内外部引起无法补偿的误差,减少超调量。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the problem that the medium voltage three-level variable frequency induction motor needs to adjust parameters artificially and overshoot is too large, an adaptive second-order system ADRC algorithm (ASO-ADRC) is proposed. Through the establishment of nonlinear mathematical models about tracking differentiator, extended state observer, and error compensation controller, it was transformed into parameter tuning of bandwidth and compensation coefficient, and the optimal parameter value was calculated by sparrow search algorithm. As the control input of the compensation variable, the second-order system structure was constructed, and the time-related indicators and the maximum overshoot indicators of the three-level frequency conversion were optimized. Experimental results show that the proposed system can adaptively adjust the errors caused by internal and external factors that cannot be compensated for, and can reduce the overshoot.
