基于RFM-ES-PID的智能烟叶松散振动及出料设备的研究

INTELLIGENT TOBACCO LOOSE VIBRATION AND DISCHARGE EQUIPMENT BASED ON RFM-ES-PID

  • 摘要: 为解决烟叶松散环节人工干预高、劳动力消耗大的问题,提出一种基于RFM-ES-PID的智能烟叶松散振动及出料设备。设备通过使用回归预测模型预测设定松散振动设备振动时间,配合专家系统对松散振动频率进行动态调节,同时配合PID控制算法对松散环境湿度进行控制使得烟叶达到最佳松散湿度。实验结果表明,在RFM-ES-PID控制策略控制下的设备能够智能自动地对烟叶进行松散并确保烟叶松散的成功率,一定程度上实现了烟叶松散的去人工化,同时减少了松散消耗的劳动力,并为烟叶智能自动化松散提供了一种解决方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of high manual intervention and high labor consumption in tobacco loosening, an intelligent tobacco loosening vibration and discharge equipment based on RFM-ES-PID is proposed. The equipment predicted and set the vibration time of the loose vibration equipment by using the regression prediction model, dynamically adjusted the loose vibration frequency with the expert system, and controlled the humidity of loose environment with PID control algorithm to make tobacco leaves reach the best loose humidity. The experimental results show that the equipment controlled by RFM-ES-PID control strategy can loosen tobacco leaves intelligently and automatically, and ensure the success rate of loosening tobacco leaves. To some extent, it realizes the de-manual loosening of tobacco leaves, and the labor consumed by loosening is reduced, which provides a solution for intelligent and automatic loosening of tobacco leaves.
