Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of high manual intervention and high labor consumption in tobacco loosening, an intelligent tobacco loosening vibration and discharge equipment based on RFM-ES-PID is proposed. The equipment predicted and set the vibration time of the loose vibration equipment by using the regression prediction model, dynamically adjusted the loose vibration frequency with the expert system, and controlled the humidity of loose environment with PID control algorithm to make tobacco leaves reach the best loose humidity. The experimental results show that the equipment controlled by RFM-ES-PID control strategy can loosen tobacco leaves intelligently and automatically, and ensure the success rate of loosening tobacco leaves. To some extent, it realizes the de-manual loosening of tobacco leaves, and the labor consumed by loosening is reduced, which provides a solution for intelligent and automatic loosening of tobacco leaves.
