面向机场信息系统的智能化运维方案

摘要: 针对机场信息系统传统运维方案难以充分利用系统中的各类监控数据从而导致故障排查和定位困难等问题,提出一种面向机场信息系统的智能化运维方案。提出一种基于CatBoost模型的动态阈值预测方法,通过时间序列预测动态阈值。提出一种基于故障告警信息关联分数算法的故障原因分析方法,通过计算时间窗口内告警信息的关联分数绘制故障树,实现故障原因分析。实验结果表明,该方案可实现机场信息系统故障的快速排除并确保机场保障资源的合理配置,从而解决民用航空机场信息系统的运维难题。Abstract: In order to solve the problems that the traditional operation and maintenance scheme of airport information system is difficult to make full use of various monitoring data in the system, which leads to difficulties in fault detection and location, an intelligent operation and maintenance scheme for an airport information system is proposed. A dynamic threshold prediction method based on the CatBoost model was proposed to predict the dynamic threshold by time series. A fault cause analysis method based on the correlation score algorithm of fault alarm information was proposed, and the fault tree was drawn by calculating the correlation score of alarm information within the time window to realize the fault cause analysis. The experimental results show that this solution can achieve rapid troubleshooting of airport information systems and ensure the reasonable allocation of airport security resources, thus solving the operation and maintenance problems of civil aviation airport information systems.
