多源监视数据质量监控软件的设计与实现
DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MULTI-SOURCE SURVEILLANCE DATA QUALITY MONITORING SOFTWARE

摘要: 近年来我国空管监视设备数量越来越多,但其输出的数据质量无法被有效监控,低质量的监视数据会造成空管自动化系统工作不稳定,给空管安全运行带来隐患。通过对监视数据的分析,基于GDI+技术和墨卡托投影开发一套多源监视数据质量监控系统,系统具备实时显示、存储和回放功能,从12个方面对数据质量进行监控。实际应用表明,系统不仅可以及时发现监视数据的异常,还可以锁定设备故障范围,为快速解决设备故障提供重要支撑。Abstract: In recent years, there are more and more ATC surveillance equipment in our country, but the quality of its output data cannot be effectively monitored. Low-quality surveillance data will cause the instability of the ATC system and bring hidden trouble to the safe operation of air traffic control. Based on the analysis of surveillance data, we develop a set of multi-source surveillance data quality monitoring system based on GDI+ technology and Mercator projection. The system has real-time display, storage and playback functions, which can monitor data quality from twelve aspects. The practical application shows that the system can not only find the abnormality of the surveillance data in time, but also lock the fault range of the equipment, which provides important support for quickly solving the equipment fault.
