复杂产品数字化工厂架构规划与应用场景设计

ARCHITECTURE PLANNING AND APPLICATION SCENARIO DESIGN OF COMPLEX PRODUCT DIGITAL FACTORY

  • 摘要: 复杂产品研制的特点是需求多变、产品构成复杂、技术流程长、供应链复杂不稳定。复杂产品生产属于典型的离散型制造。通过数字化工厂建设,可实现设计制造协同、供应链协同、一体化生产计划调度、全流程质量溯源、全流程物质流和信息流协同优化,从而形成高效能、自组织、动态有序、连续运行的生产模式。基于对复杂产品的研制的业务特点分析,提出基于数字孪生技术的数字化工厂总体架构、应用架构和数据架构,并通过基于MBD(Model Based Definition)装配数字化工艺设计和生产计划高级排程管理两个数字化工厂应用场景,对提出的架构进行了验证。

     

    Abstract: Complex product development is characterized by changeable demand, complex product composition, long technical process and complex and unstable supply chain. Complex product manufacturing is a typical discrete manufacturing. Through the construction of a digital factory, design and manufacturing collaboration, supply chain collaboration, integrated production planning and scheduling, whole process quality traceability, and collaborative optimization of the whole process material flow and information flow can be achieved, thus forming a highly efficient, self-organizing, dynamic, orderly, and continuous production mode. Based on the analysis of the business characteristics of the development of complex products, this paper proposes the overall architecture, application architecture and data architecture of a digital factory based on digital twin technology, and verifies the proposed architecture through two digital factory application scenarios based on model based definition MBD assembly digital process design and advanced scheduling management of production plan.
