Abstract:
The decision of the number of check-in counters in the airport mainly considers the cost of check-in counters and the time cost of passengers. Based on the social force model and object-oriented technology of AnyLogic software, we built a simulation model according to an airport, imported the obtained airport passenger arrival and service time and other parameters into the model for simulation operation, and compared the results obtained by AnyLogic simulation operation with the results calculated by the improved M/M/C model. The average queuing length and average queuing time obtained by the simulation were 3.192 and 4.763, respectively, which were basically consistent with the calculated 2.954 and 4.982. The research shows that using the improved M/M/C model to solve the optimal number of check-in counters in the airport optimizes the airport decision-making process, and the AnyLogic simulation is used to verify the reliability of the improved M/M/C method, which provides a better and more reliable solution and verification method for airport check-in resource allocation.
