Abstract:
In order to give consideration to agent model, uncertainty modeling and network reliability, a robust optimization strategy for distribution network expansion planning based on Stackelberg game is proposed. The uncertainty related to planning and configuration was described by adaptive robust optimization method, and the linearized integral formula of network reliability was proposed, thus the asset interruption of operators was modeled. A Stackelberg leader follower game model was introduced, which was solved by constraint generation method. It is verified on the bus distributed network, and the results show that the proposed method is effective and scalable.
