基于Stackelberg博弈的配电网扩展规划鲁棒优化策略

ROBUST OPTIMIZATION STRATEGY FOR DISTRIBUTION NETWORK EXPANSION PLANNING BASED ON STACKELBERG GAME

  • 摘要: 为了能够兼顾智能体模型以及建模的不确定性和电力网络可靠性,提出一种基于Stackelberg博弈的配电网扩展规划鲁棒优化策略。通过自适应鲁棒优化方法描述与规划配置相关的不确定性;提出网络可靠性的线性化积分式子,从而对运营商的资产中断进行建模;引入一个Stackelberg领导追随者博弈模型,并通过约束生成方法进行求解。在总线分布式网络上进行实验,结果验证了该方法的有效性和可扩展性。

     

    Abstract: In order to give consideration to agent model, uncertainty modeling and network reliability, a robust optimization strategy for distribution network expansion planning based on Stackelberg game is proposed. The uncertainty related to planning and configuration was described by adaptive robust optimization method, and the linearized integral formula of network reliability was proposed, thus the asset interruption of operators was modeled. A Stackelberg leader follower game model was introduced, which was solved by constraint generation method. It is verified on the bus distributed network, and the results show that the proposed method is effective and scalable.
