基于点云数据的大桥钢梁制造质量检测方法

INSPECTION METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING QUALITY OF BRIDGE STEEL BEAMS BASED ON POINT CLOUD DATA

  • 摘要: 针对传统的钢结构桥梁制造质量检测方法耗时耗力效率低,提出一种基于点云数据进行检测的方法来提高检测效率。利用三维激光扫描仪获取钢梁点云数据并进行预处理工作;利用改进的区域生长算法分割出钢梁的各个面,并通过哈希格网进行检测位置的定位;利用奇异值分解算法进行平面拟合,并求取平面方程,利用各平面之间的空间几何关系进行梁高、平面度和垂直度三个制造质量参数的计算;基于开源点云处理软件CloudCompare可插拔式开发模式,利用C++编程语言完成了制造质量参数自动计算插件的开发,并对仰山特大桥的工字型钢梁进行了检测验证。实验结果表明,所求参数均满足工字型钢梁制作规范,证明了该方法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: The traditional inspection method of steel structure bridge manufacturing quality is time-consuming and inefficient. In order to improve the inspection efficiency, a method based on point cloud data is proposed. 3D laser scanner was used to obtain the point cloud data of the steel beam and preprocess it. The improved region growing algorithm was used to segment each face of the steel beam, and the detection location was found based on the properties of the Hash grid. The singular value decomposition algorithm was used to fit the plane, and the plane equation was obtained. The three manufacturing quality parameters of beam height, flatness and perpendicularity were calculated by using the spatial geometric relationship between the planes. Based on the pluggable development mode of the open-source point cloud processing software CloudCompare, the development of the plug-in for automatic calculation of manufacturing quality parameters was completed using C++ programming language, and the I-shaped steel beam of Yangshan Bridge was tested and verified. The experimental results show that all the parameters meet the fabrication specifications of I-shaped steel beams, which proves the feasibility of this method.
