Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency and reduce the difficulty of operation, a one-key intelligent control production mode based on manufacturing execution system (MES) is proposed. This production mode deconstructed the traditional production process in fine granularity, and used the knowledge graph method to reconstruct the deconstructed production steps. Taking beverage pre-processing production as an example, the enterprise order data, recipe data, work order data, work step data, production resource data, instruction data and actual data were modeled to form the intelligent brain of enterprise production. Through practical application, the technology effectively improved the production efficiency and reduced the probability of human error.
