基于仿射策略参数鲁棒优化的分布式光伏发电控制

DISTRIBUTED PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER GENERATION CONTROL BASED ON AFFINE STRATEGY PARAMETER ROBUST OPTIMIZATION

  • 摘要: 为了实现局部实时控制策略,提出一种基于仿射策略参数鲁棒优化的分布式光伏发电控制方法。引入一种能够传递电压和日照观测量的多项式函数,用来有效描述系统不确定性;利用两阶段数据驱动的鲁棒优化模型协同优化下垂控制和仿射策略参数,从而生成具有全局信息的多面体数据驱动不确定性集,并解决控制调谐问题。与其他分布式控制策略进行实验对比,结果表明提出方法能够实现实时鲁棒优化控制。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize local real-time control strategy, a distributed photovoltaic power generation control method based on affine strategy parameter robust optimization is proposed. A function which can transfer linear term of voltage and polynomial term of sunlight observation was introduced to effectively describe system uncertainty. A two-stage data-driven robust optimization model was used to co-optimize droop control and affine strategy parameters, so as to generate multi-sided data-driven uncertainty set with global information and solve control tuning problem. Compared with other distributed control strategies, experimental results show that the proposed method can realize real-time robust optimal control.
