DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TEST PLATFORM FOR HYDROGEN FUEL CELL AIR SUPPLY SYSTEM

  • As a key component of the air supply system of hydrogen fuel cell, high-speed centrifugal air compressor supplies oxygen for the reaction of the cathode plate of the cell. The high-performance air compressor can effectively improve the performance of the fuel cell. In order to evaluate and improve the performance of the air compressor, it is necessary to comprehensively test the air compressor and accurately collect the parameters that change instantaneously during operation. The test platform was designed based on CAN-BUS and RS-485 composite bus, and used multi-threaded asynchronous algorithm, it realized the accurate real-time data acquisition and comprehensive performance test of the hydrogen fuel cell air supply system. The platform realizes efficient data communication, and the test results have strong reliability, which provides a certain reference value for evaluating the performance of air compressor.
