OPTIMIZATION MODEL FOR AGRI-FOOD SUPPLY CHAIN NETWORK CONSIDERING OPERATIONAL RISK

  • The existing research on agri-food supply chain network mostly focus on agricultural enterprises, and pay less attention to farmer’s interests and operational risk. This paper fully considered the characteristics of digital agricultural product supply chain. Mean-variance method was used to quantitatively analyze operational risk, and a multi-objective optimization model of agri-food product supply chain network was constructed to obtain the goal of minimizing operational cost and risk. Based on the normal distribution theory, nonlinear constraints were transformed into linear constraints, which reduced the complexity of solving the model. IAPBGA was designed to solve the problem. At the same time of verifying the effectiveness of the algorithm, the example analysis shows that the proposed model can effectively balance the operational risk and cost. The decision makers can control the operational risk and cost by appropriately adjusting the service levels and capacity of family farms.
