ELECTRONIC CONTRACT WISDOM OPERATION PLATFORM BASED ON BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY

Electronic contracts can effectively solve the problems of high cost, easy loss, and tampering with paper contracts, but the existing electronic contract management system cannot fully realize the reliable management of contracts. The operations of multiple contract participants are independent of each other and not transparent. The centralized storage architecture has the risk of information leakage and data tampering. Therefore, this paper proposes an electronic contract wisdom operation platform based on blockchain technology, using an on-chain and off-chain collaborative data storage scheme, with on-chain storage of electronic contract index and off-chain storage of specific contract data. With the decentralized and traceable characteristics of blockchain and the immutability and automatic execution characteristics of smart contracts, all operations in the life cycle of an electronic contract are recorded on the blockchain to achieve credible and trustworthy management of the contract.
